The dispensary as a whole wasn’t bad when I went final time, only after my gynecologist retired I ended up with Brandy McGee and she has THE WORST bedside mode. I went with problems with passing out from severe pain in my pelvic area and trouble Iosing weight I gained after starting birth control. She looked at me very condescendingly and said “you actually think information technology’due south the pill making yous gain weight?” I haven’t been to a gynecologist in 4 years because of this negative association and today was the start day a doctor actually listened to me and helped diagnose me. Turns out I accept PCOS and currently have over 10 cysts on each ovary. She never did a pap smear or a vaginal ultrasound to fifty-fifty entertain the idea of something beingness incorrect with me. The other doctors might be good, but practice not take your impressionable and sensitive daughters to her. She will emotionally traumatize them which could lead to them dealing with a serious problem for years without stepping out to get help out of fright of being told they are overreacting and just fatty.

This office should be sued for emotional distress. I became pregnant with my first baby in Jan. The pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 9 weeks. 2 days prior to my commencement sonogram at Sanders Clinic, I went to the ER due to suspected miscarriage and it was discovered that my baby did non take a heartbeat and had stopped developing at 6 weeks.
Fast forward to my first visit with Sanders Clinic ii days later. They did some other sonogram and sure plenty, babe had stopped developing. (We knew that, the sonogram technician knew that and all the documents were in the system stating what was discovered at the ER only ii days earlier.)
My beginning impression of Dr. Sanders was not good. She came into the room and CONGRATULATED my husband and I and said that everything looked similar it was right on rails. I asked, “Exercise you have the right chart?” She so proceeds to look at my nautical chart and says concur on, no, ok…I see. Baby stopped developing and you have an issue with your uterus. She then did a wonderful job of explaining what my condition is and decided that she wanted to become better images of my uterus, then I was instructed to telephone call her when I got my first menstrual bike after the miscarriage so that they could schedule me for the test. She likewise wanted me to see a specialist, Dr. Brewer for future pregnancies since I would be high take a chance.
Ane week later, I get a call from Dr. Brewer’s office asking when will I be twenty weeks. “Well, I had a miscarriage terminal calendar week so I don’t know when I’ll be pregnant again and be 20 weeks.” The lady on the phone apologized over and over again, and I truly believe it was not her fault. She said she had received a referral from Sanders Clinic that I was pregnant and needed to be seen by them at xx weeks considering I was loftier risk.
Ok yall. My feel gets fifty-fifty better:
…. 5 weeks later on the miscarriage, I called Sanders Clinic to let them know that I got my period after having a miscarriage and that I needed to be scheduled for a test. They put me on hold and asked the nurse what test needed to be performed. She then said that I had an appt with Dr. Brewer in July and he could do those tests. (OK, that’s fine. I calendar month out from having a miscarriage, I wasn’t ready to attempt to become pregnant once again.)
Fast forward to last week, July 2nd. I saw Dr. Brewer for a consult and he is proverb that he doesn’t do the test, and so he is referring me back to Sanders Clinic. Venting hither– I should have had that test done at Sanders Clinic iii months agone. We should know exactly what is wrong with my uterus at this point. I’m so fix to attempt for another babe, merely I can’t until we know what we are dealing with. My whole experience with Sanders Clinic has been then frustrating. I just want answers and no one seems to know what they’re doing.

I have never had a problem with them until today. They don’t give whatsoever guidance or advice needed in making what type of appointments. Just dead air on the phone line. They need to get some better receptionist who know what they are doing and they need to train them to in knowing how to talk to clients. I am so over Sanders Clinic. Do a better job; at least act like you care about the well-being of your clients.
